PromptCare leveraged UiPath Studio to build bots that automate repetitive, high-volume revenue cycle tasks, including explanation of benefits (EOB)-to-cash posting, remittance reconciliation, and sales order confirmations. These bots check invoices, link prior authorizations, and move claims automatically. This saves 50% of the time and speeds up cash collection. With Agent Builder in UiPath Studio, intelligent agents handle complex workflows such as compiling detailed work orders, performing margin analysis, and managing prior authorization and reauthorization requests. Tasks that used to take staff 20–30 minutes—or even days—can now be done in less than three minutes. This lets employees focus on patient care and strategic initiatives.
