Using UiPath Maestro™, LMCU orchestrated the end-to-end HELOC workflow, introducing policy-driven routing across systems. Loan files are now evaluated automatically before reaching disclosure. Required actions move forward, unnecessary steps are removed, and exceptions surface early.
AI agents support the process by helping interpret unstructured data and guide decision making, while UiPath Robots execute tasks consistently across systems. Employees remain central, focused on validation, judgment, and member interaction rather than administrative filtering.
