FUSION brings together agentic automation experts, leaders, and practitioners to understand solutions and customer outcomes.
FUSION is open to our Americas customers, prospective customers, sponsoring and invited partners, industry and financial analysts, members of the press, and UiPath employees.
The conference pass will give you access to all the sessions, Agentic Arena, the Welcome
Reception, Cocktail Hour, Awakening show, and all hosted meals.
The conference pass does not include travel and hotel expenses. You can book a room at a
reduced rate through our hotel room block for Wynn Hotel when registering through our Passkey tool.

We will offer meals for attendees with dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. When registering, please select your dietary restrictions so we can plan accordingly. Please note, special meals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Only conference attendees can attend the evening events. To access the evening events, a conference badge is required.
To register for FUSION, please visit the registration page. Payment is by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover). Please make sure you register using a business email address.
Credit card is the only payment option when registering for the conference. In addition, we are not able to split payments between two credit cards. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards.

You can change your registration information by clicking on the “Manage Registration Details” button in your registration confirmation email.
All registration cancellations can be made by clicking on “Request Cancellation” button found in the registration confirmation email you received.
Please note that cancellation requests received AFTER September 26, 2025, 11:59 PM PT, will not qualify for a refund. Cancellation requests received BEFORE September 26, 2025, 11:59 PM PT, will qualify for a refund minus an administration fee of $6 /ticket. Please allow 72 hours for a reply.
Our payment processor will process the refund amount to your bank or card issuer within 5–10 business days.
No, you cannot transfer your registration to another person. If you can’t attend, please cancel your registration.
Unfortunately, we cannot add a second email address to your registration.
