Exact Sciences implemented UiPath Document Understanding™ to automate the extraction of data from faxed orders and integrated it with their Epic health system. The automation improved data accuracy, streamlined order processing, and ultimately enabled faster delivery of Cologuard kits to customers. The success of this solution has spurred further exploration of automation use cases within the company, demonstrating the transformative potential of intelligent automation in healthcare.​

It gets these kits out to our customers faster and more efficiently. We avoid a lot of issues with human data entry, like a wrong address or name, that can cause QA issues and rework.
