AGS’s invoice reconciliation process spanned more than 150 client programs, each with its own rules, approval flows, and remittance file formats that frequently changed without notice. Analysts were spending hours extracting data, reconciling in PeopleSoft, and validating spreadsheets with multiple handoffs. This created bottlenecks, onboarding delays, and a cycle of constant automation breakage.
Allegis Global Solutions partnered with UiPath to completely transform its invoice reconciliation process using agentic automation. Leveraging UiPath Document Understanding™, UiPath Agents, and UiPath Maestro™ orchestration, AGS created one adaptive workflow that works across 150+ client programs, each with unique rules, approval flows, and file formats that change frequently.
Robots now handle structured, repeatable steps such as extracting invoice and remittance data from multiple sources, consolidating it, reconciling it in Oracle PeopleSoft, performing ETL routines, updating tracking spreadsheets, and routing payment files for approval. Agents dynamically adapt to unexpected changes—like a new column added by a client, an altered layout, or mismatched data fields—applying business rules or escalating to analysts only when necessary. UiPath Maestro orchestrates the flow across robots, agents, and analysts, ensuring global standardization while respecting regional differences.
