In its first-ever IDC MarketScape report for enterprise automated software quality (ASQ), IDC evaluated vendors based on a comprehensive set of qualitative and quantitative criteria, and UiPath was named a Major Player. 

The assessment covers fundamental market areas — enterprise ASQ/continuous testing; application security testing, code analytics, and software composition analysis; mobile testing and digital quality; and cloud testing. 

Among UiPath strengths, the reports cites the extensive RPA offering as a solid base for the testing portfolio: “The open architecture and API integration strategies position UiPath to expand and augment its testing portfolio functionality and offer the benefits of broad, supported products that are popularly adopted and dominant in the market.”
