Product Management is a team sport where I’m willing and often find myself playing defend, attack, goalkeeper, midfielder, substitute, doctor, coach, and cheerleader depending on context. In the end, the team needs to deliver on the goal. As a Developer I know how important good design and architecture is, as a UXer by heart I am always finding myself in the shoes of the people trying out my products, as a Product Manager, I know that sometimes good is better than perfect. In the last 15 years, I spent within large enterprises such as Perot Systems and Dell and startups such as UiPath, delivering highly functional and high impact solutions, understanding and mapping core user needs in order to define scope and deliver incremental value to customers has been key to the product success. I am passionate about product management and user-centered design and in my free time. You'll also catch me on the court playing basketball or tennis.
