Previously, Param Kahlon was Chief Product Officer at UiPath. In his role at UiPath, he was responsible for product strategy and roadmap.

Prior to UiPath, Kahlon was a General Manager at Microsoft, responsible for Dynamics 365 customer engagement apps (sales, customer service, and field service). Prior to Microsoft, Kahlon managed customer service and order management products for SAP® and Siebel/Oracle. He has been in the enterprise software space for over two decades leading strategic planning, customer relationship management (CRM) product management, and new product introduction.

Kahlon holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Punjabi University, India.

Dr. Quirin Görz first studied business administration at the University of Augsburg and then earned his doctorate on the topic of “Data quality in CRM” at the Core Competence Center Finance and Information Management at the University of Augsburg.

In addition to his academic activities, he also worked as an external consultant for numerous financial service providers and companies in the mechanical and plant engineering sector, and as an editor for the journal WIRTSCHAFTINFORMATIK. He then moved to KUKA AG, where he held various management positions in IT. Most recently, he was responsible for Core Business Applications with a focus on ERP, ECM, data warehousing, reporting, and IT automation, before assuming overall responsibility for Group IT at KUKA AG as CIO in January 2020.

Global Head of Intelligent Automation at Spotify Sidney Madison Prescott is a senior technology leader, keynote speaker, author, and robotics evangelist specializing in the creation of Robotic Process Automation Centers of Excellence for Fortune 500 companies.

Sidney currently heads up the Global Intelligent Automation initiative at music streaming powerhouse Spotify.

In addition to her extensive work in the technology sector, Sidney is also a published author. Sidney has co-authored a technology book, slated for release via a global publishing house in May 2021. The book is entitled, Robotic Process Automation using UiPath StudioX: A Citizen Developer’s Guide to Hyperautomation. The book allows readers to leverage hands-on examples to explain the basis of UiPath through the use of real-world prototypes. Sidney is also an executive board member for three global non-profit organizations, where she contributes valuable automation insights to enhance overall program objectives.

To round out her career accolades, Sidney was also named a global recipient of the 2020 Top 50 Technology Visionaries award. Sidney currently resides in Manhattan’s Upper East Side with her two small dogs, Addison, and Grey Sloan. She is an avid snowboarder and frequent spin class attendee.

Currently, Steve leads the University of Sydney in developing and delivering emerging technology solutions to radically improve services and capability within the University.

His focus areas are using robotic process automation (RPA), chatbots, and AI to improve customer experience and drive operational efficiencies. Concurrently he also provides personalized advisory services to enterprises in the areas of automation, emerging technology, and technology strategy including delivering executive workshops.
