Amardeep Modi is a member of the Service Optimization Technologies (SOT) team at Everest Group and assists clients on topics related to technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA) and artificial intelligence (AI) that are disrupting the way global services are being delivered.

Prior to joining Everest Group, Modi was a Business Analyst with Deloitte Strategy & Operations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
